A grand venue at the Hydro Majestic, the Delmonte Lobby is an ideal pre-function space or a glamorous cocktail venue for events of up to 80 guests. The space is complete with a dedicated bar and feature garden wall, and connects through to The Majestic Ballroom and the Delmonte Rooms.

Rich in Oriental reds, far eastern murals and luxurious furniture, rediscover the understated decadence of the Empire with some jazz and a martini at sunset. A warm and sumptuous space for events of up to 60 guests for a seated dinner or 150 guests for a cocktail style event.
The Grand Ballroom of the Blue Mountains, the Majestic Ballroom will offer formal dining, conference and events with a grand and historical setting. This magnificent domed ballroom with vaulted ceilings and open fireplace, totalling approximately 380 sqm, will also include a parterre courtyard garden.

Operating as a magnificent interactive living history space and the vibrant providores showcase – demonstrating the best regional gourmet food and wine of the area: The Taste of The Blue Mountains. This retail and exhibition space totalling approximately 500 sqm, will be a tourism destination; a place to discover the history of the Hydro, including a multimedia screening suite.
